THIRD: The purposes for which it [The Cleveland Darter Club] is formed are:

providing means and facilities for the promotion of the Ancient and Honorable sport of Darts in any of its legal forms, for the recreation and amusement of its members and guests; and doing any and all things necessary or incident to any thereof.
